How to get a flawless skin- 8 tips for a glowing skin


A flawless and radiant face is what everyone dreams of especially girls, but I will tell you it's is not very easy to get. You should take good care of your skin and take extra measure to maintain it on a daily basis. We sometime want to ignore those "little thing here and there" that actually had value to our skin, here a comprehensive explanation and list of what you need to do.
                                       


1. Balance diet- minimize your salt and sugar intake, oh yes, no beauty products can rescue you if you cut out fruit and veggies from your daily intake. Avoid fermented food or oily food. A balance diet is important for a flawless skin argue it all you want. Adapt yourself to healthy alternatives when it come to food and you will notice the difference in your skin in 2-3weeks. Let say you replace snacking on cup cakes and chips with fruits, sugar with honey and coffee with green tea, you will definitely see physical changes on your skin.

2. sleep well- having a sound sleep help to relax the brain as well the nerves. Irrespective of  How you choose your body cream if you don't get 8 hours sleep per day the product can't just do it. It is  during the sleeping period that the body works on repairing the cells in the body. Sleeping prevents dark circles around the eyes and untimely aging.

3. Physical activities- aerobics, skipping, jogging even walking, whatever it is you just can't do it without this activities. 6.Know the type of skin you have- you must recognize the type of skin you have (oily, dry, normal or combination) to know know the type of products  that suit ts best. Avoid products with harsh chemicals as this can cause more or even irreversible damage to you skin. Don't rely on buying product on friends recommendation' because you two just might not have same skin type, so find out products for your skin type.

7.Never go to bed with make up- ok, this is for the lazy ones lol, do you know that the skin breathes too? Yes they do and this is why you need to remove every bit of make up you have on your face before going to bed no matter how tired you may be because this is the only time the skin gets to work on itself. You should wash you face before bedtime,if you are too tired to wash usemake up remover (micellar water, wipes, oil or whatever you like) it prevents breakouts and zits. If you dont want to spurge on a make up removal use olive oil, it does the trick too. 

8. Cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine- every night after wiping all make up you should embrace the CTM routine. cleansing, toning and moisturizing routine is a free ticket to a gorgeous skin and it does not require much of your time. Cleansing helps to remove whatever dirt you got on your skin during the day. A good toner help to remove oily dirt and debris left by the cleanser and also gives you a fairly spotless skin. Moisturizer helps to hydrate and soothe the skin, it especially help to restore th PH balance of your skin and repair open pores. You can also use your day moisturizer as your  night cream since it improves the skin texture'.
